If you complete the contact form on my website:

• Your message is processed by Wix, the platform hosting this site.

• The content of your message and the personal details you provided are stored securely within my Wix account and my work email address.

• If we decide to work together, I will transfer relevant information to Zanda, the encrypted client management system I use for therapy sessions, notes, and calendar management.

If you book a free consultation:

• You will be directed to Calendly, a third-party scheduling platform.

• Calendly collects only the information needed to arrange your session and sends it to me securely.

I do not store client data on personal devices or unencrypted platforms.

I do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other non-essential purpose.

The only circumstances where I might need to share your information are:

• If required to do so by law

• If there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else

I use secure systems (Zanda, Calendly, and Wix) to protect your data, including encryption, password protection, and restricted access. However, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, so please avoid sharing highly sensitive information in your initial enquiry.
